Game crashes when it gets to logging in screen on XBOX X|S

Since Friday I cannot access the game at all. It loads up just fine then when it try’s to log in it crashes back to desktop. It only happens with my account. I’ve logged in with my friends profile and it works fine but if I try my profile on the same Xbox it crashes. I’ve only played some Conquest and 2-3 mini seasons games

same thing is happening to me rn on ps5. i rly hope my account isn’t just inaccessible

I fixed it. There was some problem when I linked my Xbox account to my MLB the Show account on their website. I went out and bought the Switch version unlinked my Xbox account linked my Switch account then relinked my Xbox account to my MLB the Show account and somehow that fixed it. I’m now using the progress I made on the Switch

I have to boot the game several times just to get through to the menu, and have yet to connect to the servers

4 days now. Same issue. Immediately crashes after hit any button to start. No help from support or sds
