Beta invites trick

So is the trick to getting invited to the Beta to not sign up? Everyone and their dog getting invites is really cool fused what it is because they didn't even sign up. Yet everyone I've asked who signed up, hasn't gotten one.
Just trying to figure out the trick for 21 hopefully

If you sign up, they know you care enough to undoubtedly buy next years game. Therefore, only players that didn’t sign up and are unsure if they are going to buy the game next year get the invite, to entice them to buy it.

Man my post got deleted about this, I've now seen over 15 people get invites that didn't sign up.

I wouldn't be concerned generally, I usually get snubbed because of where I live, but it seems that it has gone to a lot of newer players and casual players.
All I can say is to expect an rng fest next year, folks. I wonder if I can get a refund on my preorder???

2 of my friends, 1 of which is my brother, didnt even sign up and got an invite hours ago. I signed up and pre ordered the $100 version and dont have in invite

"Based off the Beta feedback during the Legend difficulty event from our invitees, we've lowered pitch speeds back down to 2018 release date speeds."

I can't be the only one who signed up and is on the fence of buying the game because of the displeasure from 18 and then again from 19.
Not giving the beta to people who signed up because you believe they are sure ins to buy the game is not a very good recipe for success

youre not. 18 was simply a bad game. 19 became the year of RNG. im not sure the beta would have provided enough gameplay to determine if 20 will be an RNG fest also, so not being able to access it has no impact on my decision to cancel my pre-order.
but the usual D-level/unprofessional manner in how things have gone down with the beta is the straw that broke the camels back. im hopeful for things when the license expands to other platforms. but im not confident if SDS is still in charge of things.
