Are you talking about actual roster updates or players live series attribute updates?
Roster updates are usually weekly they'll put guys in that aren't in the game or they'll move guys off the 40-man roster they get switched around and so forth.
Attribute changes are usually every two weeks but they usually don't start until about 3 weeks into the season they give guys a chance to get going. -
On Fridays
