Dumb question but why are some FOTF cheaper than others?

Also, where do you get sellable versions of those cards?

You get a them later in the program rewards. Different players are more sought after because of position and ease of use

They will come down once more people are able to get to the packs in the program. Some divisions are really late in the xp path so they are rarer.

The sellable versions come last, the last of the sellables are the highest, because the lesser amount of people have made it there. Most will eventually even out.
