Not receiving any XP on Switch

As of yesterday I have not been receiving any Gameplay XP in Diamond dynasty. I’m online and can play moments but when I finish a moment the screen say, “No rewards” instead of showing the usual XP earned from the gameplay. I noticed that my total XP amount doesn’t go up either. If I play on Xbox I do get XP after moments. Anyone else with this issue that has found a fix??

Would uninstalling and reinstalling the game be a possible fix would you think?
