Anyone else having problems with throwing errors in custom leagues?

I cannot throw out anyone. Every throw to a base is an error. Throwing meter off. EVERY throw. I have to strike em out or get a pop up.

You need to turn off button accuracy switch to just buttons. Meter off will take away the input on throw strength default CPU.
