I got the exact same email for my missing Gerrit Cole and it wasnt there in my inventory either
Same here, received an email last night that all verified items should have been returned to my inventory. Was some cards and stubs in my case; but I received nothing. Seems to be a bit of a trend.

Been 10 days since I’ve submitted 2 tickets. NO RESPONSE. Missing 80k-100k in stubs.several cards which included 3 chase utley cards (at the time selling for 21-22k).
You literally CAN see it in my Buy/sell history.

Still haven’t got my stuff back that you took from me. I got the game early. Sad part is it seems by the time you give me back my Randy Johnson the card won’t be useful. Thank you for taking my $100 and screwing me over. Apr 14 and I still don’t have my pre order stuff. Got to use it for 4 days and poof good bye. L

Feel much better now that I’ve contacted the BBB y’all play to many games with peoples money during a time in this country where inflation is ridiculous. Worst part is all the little kids who don’t know any better and have been robbed of their stuff and will never get it back. I’m so disappointed in this fiasco. Can’t believe I had to call the BBB to try and get this resolved. Should’ve been nice and simple,ask for my gamer tag look at my purchase view my inventory see that I’m missing my item and return it. But nope y’all wanna play games and send emails asking if we got our stuff back. Then we respond and hear nothing back. Love love love this game,but now your playing with my money and I won’t even be able to use the card by the time it gets put back because it is now becoming obsolete with all the new content dropping. I’m sorry Victor and I know how angry you get when we express our disappointment and dissatisfaction when SDS screws us over like this,but you need to hear it. Especially from us parents who work 2 jobs and buy our kids this stuff that you go and take back. Not sure how you can even make this right at this point. We’re almost in may and them cards are not useful for the same amount of time they were at launch. I don’t expect you to reply as this isn’t a post giving you props. But I do hope you read it because this all could’ve been avoided with better communication on your part and SDS part. Not a good way to treat people who have been playing the show since it came out all those years ago. Have a blessed day and hope something is done to correct this. Thank you.

BBB doesn't have any authority to do anything. That said, going to BBB is a good way to get the attention of a company because it's highly regarded and a negative review from them will hurt the company. Also, BBB complaints for any larger company usually get handled by someone much higher up in a company than a customer service rep and therefore generally cost a company more money(time is money) AND will generally get you a more favorable result.

All I want is for them to stop going ghost. I think the whole issue is ridiculous at the end of the day. I shouldn’t have to even do that. What should happen is they should have a better customer service team to help out their paying customers. Me calling them isn’t the problem,the problem is the way they treat the so called community that they love so much. If that’s the case then fix the problem,reach out and communicate better and there will be no need to call the BBB for the same issue that happens every yr in this game. Everyone always trying to make up excuses for SDS when they are flat out wrong. There’s never any accountability,just trolls in the comments section telling you how your so wrong for doing that. Give them a chance to fix it. Nah bruh how about you hold them accountable for their mess up. Not come at me for speaking facts. Just because you take my money,doesn’t mean I have to praise you at all times even when your at fault. I just want them to keep it a buck and fix the problem. Tell me,how does giving me back a card that is meant for the beginning of the game as a top card weeks later when better cards have now come out to use that now make the card they took for the month obsolete gonna fix this issues? The whole reason for the pre order was to get those diamond players and start off with a nice team. So now you give it back when it is no longer a useful card? Just don’t see how that fixes the fact that we paid $100 and will never get the use out of what we paid for the pre order. So once again SDS will just simply say here’s your card ticket fixed. SMH do better SDS just do better!

Just went to turn on my game and ALL MY PROGRESS IS GONE!!! MY STUBS ARE ALL GONE!!!!!! It reset my game to Day 1!!!!! I’ve been playing since pre-order!!
The only thing that it kept was my MTO and RTTS! What the heck!!!

I got the same email, I didn't get any item i got my compensation entirely in the form of stubs...which was fine. Hopefully you knew your stub count before they sent the email because you probably just got stubs based on my experience.
Funny that I read this today because after this is when my stubs all disappeared and my progress wiped out!!!

Is there anyway to turn off stat cast. It’s getting frustrating. The overuse of stat cast. Usually after every hit.

I submitted a ticket, i didnt get my content from my MVP edition on ps5 i just downloaded it yesterday. I have an account on xbox and switch as well. How long until this will be addressed or did i waste another $90 on this game.
