Can’t sell cards

I literally have been trying and trying to sell three cards, i keep getting the same message “Item is currently in use”
LIKE NO IT’S not in use, they’re all my bench none are in any other lineup or nothing….they haven’t been collected like why can’t I sell these freaking cards.
It’s bad enough they don’t give me my diamond pulls back but now this. This game is off to a terrible start.
If someone knows a solution please let me know

The answer is always, it is in your event lineup. Whether you have played the event or not, just remove them from there.

This. Go into lineups and see who the computer auto-generated and then simply move them to the bench for another card, even if you’ve never done or will do events the cards are locked into the lineup
