Being refused stub

So I put in buy orders for around 500k and then they disappeared. I put in a ticket and now they are saying I can only have 150k.
Is this just something I have to suck up?
It’s very easy to see the massive amount of stubs missing from doing some simple math between my buy and sell orders.
This isn’t something like a missing card and then the servers go out, there is numerical proof that a good deal of stubs are missing.
They are also refusing to put a card back into my inventory when it was the last thing on my completed transactions to buy, but not in inventory.
I love the game, but this is beyond unethical. I just assume there is nothing that can be done, but SDS should be ashamed.

i lost 40k Friday night after cancelling buy orders while the servers were crashing and that hurts…. you lost 350 [censored] that sucks. SDS is a GOTCHA company and they don't care because there is only 1 baseball game around
