Not getting my March to October XP rewards

I just made it to the all star break on mlb the show 22 in March to October and did not receive any of my XP. It said “this console cannot be authenticated” and I received none of my rewards for getting to the all star break and being in first place in my division. This needs to be fixed and I need to be given my XP rewards.

Did you get dropped from a game or quit a game at any point without saving? If you did that, it doesn’t give you the xp.

If that’s not the case, put in a ticket.
