It would say 'save and quit' if it was going to save your spot for future reference. If it doesn't say that you will either lose your spot and start over or get an L.

If youre on XB and use Quick Resume in DD, does it work or does SDS kill the connection to the server when you come back to play?

This isn't Madden. I was specifically referring to The Show. It always says 'save and quit' if it's going to save your spot.
