So I pre-ordered and it came with a diamond choice pack where I took Vladimir Guerrero Sr. and I don’t know what happened, but during the times of network errors from the game, he disappeared, don’t have the card, the pack, didn’t sell him, no record of it. Is there a way to contact someone to get it back?

if you are on mobile hit the ?in a circle, select the game then scroll down to report an issue. -
Or just follow them on Twitter. There are so many issues at the moment that they pinned a support tweet with links on their Twitter page.

Same thing happened to me but I chose Chase Utley, send a ticket and hopefully they reply, they still haven’t replied to me but I know it takes time
