Also, where is the app for this year? Will there be an app this year?
-
So far I am actually surprised how little server issues I have had right off the bat compared to previous years.

Just wait until the non-preorder crowd gets their hands on the game, then the servers will go down. This is the calm before the storm.

Server issues are coming. Once the game officially releases on Tuesday it will be business as usual.
As for bugs:
*up on the dpad doesn’t always bring up pitcher sub window
*being asked to sub your base runner every inning of extra innings -

Anyone else getting the conquest tutorials every time you start up the game? Flipping annoying.
Yes! every [censored] time! so annoying

How about the screen flashing black for a second every time you choose a pitch

That’s strange, I’ve never encountered that one. What mode is that happening?
-
Audio issues aplenty. Not only does the announcer say the wrong count occasionally, but he must be blind to where my fielder is. The middle of left field is not "At the wall"
-
I've as of today started having game crashes when going to manage squad. One completely turned off the Xbox, next one just closed the game. No issues for this up until today.

Getting loses on mini seasons after you actually won the game. This has happened to me twice in a row now. I’ll stick to playing other modes until this is resolved.
Yeah I'm giving up on the mode for now until that gets fixed. Just played an epic 6 inning game with a walk off win, and see that it counted as a loss. "I'm done" I said out loud to nobody.

Still can't play DD because my game keeps freezing in the starter program at the open a pack part. Bought the early access to be able to do nothing. No response from them this is the worst response to a game I've ever owned

Somebody stole Team Affinity and all it's conquest maps. I played 21 and must have left them out. SDS has tried to disguise TA as a featured program which is just an innings program with more bosses but less overall rewards. But as for Team Affinity....I think it's time we filed a missing programs report. Put TA on a milk carton and offer a reward for whomever finds it and returns it to it's rightful place....safe at home under the program tab.
I lame @SchnauzerFace and @arvcpa_MLBTS for my style of posting now.

Imagine proudly touting a new feature (mini seasons) that you know for a fact doesn't work. If you don't think they knew about the issues from internal testing, you don't understand how this industry works now. It's all about release timings and having enough "new features" for the advertising. Every year there are more and more bugs that fall into the "unacceptable" category.
The harsh reality is they don't actually care about the average player, they cater the entire product to competitive level players. Does anyone really think that if you were to take the entire player base and average their playing ability, it would be All-Star difficulty? BS, it would be somewhere between Rookie and Veteran. And yet, so much DD content was locked behind All-Star difficulty.
And yes, I'm a PvE player who just wants to watch Netflix while grinding content on Rookie so I can mindlessly mash bombs. I don't care at all about realistic stats, I just want to see pitches over the plate so I can pad stats and "check boxes" in the content interface. I just want SDS to get TF out of my way and let me play the game the way I want, not the way they want.

The “tutorials” for conquest and on the create a player page keep coming back every time the game is started. Even with tutorials turned to off in settings, they just keep coming back.
I guess it can be mentioned again, missing preorder bonuses, cards pulled from packs and stubs from orders.

don't
Yet, in their very self congratulatory stream where they clap anytime anyone sneezes, they touted...play the way you want to play. I can't do that because you removed my favorite program SDS. Im trying to play how you want me to want to play but I'm already missing 21.

RNG needs to settle down. Too many floaters over the infielder's heads. And it seems like pitching accuracy for pinpoint has gone down from last year. Even for all-star difficulty. Not sure if SDS mentioned it in the videos or not.

How are they standing in your way? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only thing that requires all star difficulty or higher are the optional missions for mini seasons, and you can choose not to do them and carry on.
All star is the baseline for online play which makes sense considering it's a competitive h2h mode, but that has no effect on offline players -
