Missing Stubs and Packs

I bought stubs on PS App, loaded up companion and the stubs were there, I bought a 50 bundle and everything went missing... Thats $100 down the drain smh

They will fix it but you have to follow the process. Submit a ticket. Posting here is a waste of time.

10 hours later still nothing..

I bought 150k stubs and they initially showed up, but when I went to the marketplace they just disappeared. Submitted a ticket 12 hours ago and have heard nothing. Wish that was the worst part of my Show experience today though. About 30 minutes after that, I pulled Trout. I immediately saved a video of the pull (I do it every year I pull him). When I backed out to go the the remaining packs a server issue occurred and it kicked me out. Of course no trout upon reloading the game. Woof.
