Shouldnt it be renegotiated licenses?

Pretty much 98% of the "new" legends this year I have already used in previous editions of the show except for maybe Kirk Gibson.

Kinda like Rtts new features..your just putting in features that you took out?

if they were an active player the last time they were in the game this is the first time they have negotiated anything. When they were in the league they were in the game under MLBPA, not their own image licenses
