PXP questions

I finally got my first P5 player and now I want a bunch more haha..
1- Do pitchers get PXP for At bats?
2- Do quality starts and shutouts count on conquest (I know complete games don't) or only in 9 inning games?
3- is it weird that I'm just now caring about this?

I think no for 2. I believe it to be 9 innings. No it’s not weird. I have a question too.
4- Do pitchers level up there control, velocity and break. I know the stat changes but I don’t know any difference or at least I don’t think I do -

3- sort of, but you will get started hot with the parallels for 22 now that you care about them -

Someone already answered 1 and 2 number three is opinion, No I do not think it is Weird, I can fill a Roster of Positions Players and SP at P5 my highest RP is a P3. I have P5 I can use on my bench. I am pretty close to filling a second team of P5's. It takes forever.
