Second worst. The themed equipment collections were worse IMO
Lol, 18 with those was a stub making machine for me. You just build packs off the cheap stuff and sell the expensive equipment on the market. I've never been much of a flipper, but I had any card I wanted thar year. Sadly worst version of the game.
