Can’t go 12-0/WS? Can’t win 30 games before the deadline or don’t have the time?

Ticket Counter would be a nice option with all the previous reward cards available. Even if you could only earn enough Tickets throughout the year for a couple of these cards.

I really don't get why people want the ticket counter back. It was only good in 16. It was absolutely terrible in 17 and 18 if it wasn't for Beltran and Yogi

I don't get it either. I recall people saving tickets for most of the year in 17, getting Beltran, and then buying diamonds with their remaining tickets just to quicksell.

I feel like the current system worked out pretty well this year. Even if you can't go 12-0, finish the BR program, make World Series, or win 30 ranked games, plenty of people can which leads to an increase in supply and drives prices down. Just do something else to earn stubs and get the card you want.

I've been playing the show since it debuted but just started DD on 20. What was ticket counter? A different way of obtaining top cards?

I wouldn't say top cards, 90% of the ticket counter cards resembled what we see in like team affinity 2. It was just like a way to spend xp in a way. The only reason anyone liked it is because the best card in DD history imo (Beltran), was available there in 17

Maybe they can bring it back and do a better job with it.

They don’t need it anymore though, it was good, but the game has evolved since then.

Ticket Counter would be a nice option with all the previous reward cards available. Even if you could only earn enough Tickets throughout the year for a couple of these cards.

With the amount of content drops and inning programs I don’t think they’ll have enough, worth while cards, to put in a ticket counter. I could be wrong but SDS has pretty much milked all the content. We are getting multiples and multiples of the same cards with slightly altered attributes. I’m not a fan of the growing amount of useless cards we get.

I don’t mind the overall idea of a ticket counter, but what goes in it? If you put WS rewards in it then what’s the perk of being a WS player? They’ve already watered that down slightly last year (for the better in my opinion.)

Card obtainability was at an all time high last year. Many of us were able to get every card or a decently high percentage of the ones we wanted. I’m ok with exclusivity on some cards. I’m guessing this year they will make it even easier to get top tier cards. That seems to be the year by year trend.

Bowled a perfect game in Wii sports

Sorry dragon, not your opinion……what you stated is fact.

And if anyone disagrees I challenge you to provide empirical data proving otherwise. If you can’t cite your sources and data fully and accurately then I’m right!

Yes, I loved that card. I loved 17 for all of those legend bronze, silver, and Golds. I remember how deadly the Tony Perez Red Sox card was, I think it was bronze, but destroyed LHP. Perfect for events.

Yes you are absolutely correct. Awesome card. I loved using the switch hitting Mark Teixiera in 16 as well and he was a diamond fielder.

2017 was my first full year of DD, I did not get Beltran, My favorite card to hit with in 17 was diamond Encarnacion, My favorite card to pitch with was Vida Blue that card was nasty in 17.

The only thing I could see would be if they did something cool like a community vote for a classic card or cards and they go in the counter and you can grind for them...

Remember Limited Monthly Award Packs...and then the rest were in the ticket counter? And you had to collect them all to complete the program? Pepperidge Farm Remembers. That was the worst.
