I'm finally trying to get over 21 and move on to 22.

We don't know much about the new season yet except a handful of new legends, a new announce team, the cover athlete and Co-op. Much of this could be speculation but I know many of you have played this game for years.

So what are you looking forward to the most?

Personally, this will be the first year I play from the beginning and also, the first year I know what I'm doing. I don't have to just play moments and stumble around the menu, I can strategize somewhat.

I'm also really hoping Randy Johnson is actually in the game and not just a unicorn we saw once in a video who then disappeared.

    Your turn....

New commentary team - every time Derosa and Plesac speak I cringe lol

I saw there was a new commentary team but some guys on our Discord said that was fake news? I guess we will see.

If it was fake it was perfectly done lol - I saw it on Youtube but who knows

Bummer...Hopefully SDS will keep Vasgersian's "Santa Maria!" walk off call, at least.

I'm looking for a knock-down, drag-out fight to see who has the funniest post of the year - @QuinnyMcQuinn or @SchnauzerFace .

    Ready... FIGHT.

I'm only going to post strange baseball facts for the rest of the year.

In his very first at bat as a 28-year-old rookie pitcher, Hall of Famer Hoyt Wilhelm hit a home run. His career lasted for 21 more years and 493 plate appearances, but he never hit another home run.

I would like to have SDS somehow make this into a MLB 22 Moment.

They’d have to quit being cowards and bring good knuckleballers back to DD first

True, but for this Moment it would be on HOF difficulty, with a 1 Vision, 1 Contact batter. "Hit 1 HR". Or even better, "Get 8 TB in one game".

If that were the case, I guarantee you the one time out of 500 times I'd try that and actually get a hold of one, it would be robbed at the wall.....and I'd have a controller smashed into oblivion in my floor.

I'm looking forward to the PCI 'anchor,' as a serial PCI dropper. I won't rely heavily on it, but it should help a bit.

I'm interested to see how the new dynamic PCI and PAR systems help everything.
I also saw a tweet saying duos is the trend for new legends this year so with the cover athlete pack I'm hoping to see David Wright and with them already announcing 2 Twin legends I would love to see Johan Santana as a Met. Wouldn't be upset about a Carlos Delgado card either.

Yeah. Seems like duos are a thing, Howard/Utley. Morneau/Mauer, and of course we already have Kirk Gibson and supposedly Randy Johnson. I know it won't happen but I'd love a Schilling.

Wright would also be great and I would love a Beltran card for sure.

Tomorrow is a pitcher and I'm still thinking hoping it's either Mussina or Halladay.

    Juan Gonzalez
    Julio Franco
    Ruben Sierra

I'd be pretty satisfied with the 1st two though.
