So are all the vaults shutdown?

Went into the logo and player vault and everything says item unavailable. Also noticed my teams logos and jersey logos all got removed. Teams name is the bears so it isn’t offensive. Roster vaults are available which is nice. Anyone else experience this?
Edit It was the bears, decided to change it to an MLB team since my logos aren’t appearing in game. Mlb uniforms here we go.
