Why doesnt March to October allow the user to pick playoff rosters?

i enjoy the March to October mode.. I just wish when it came to playoff rosters, (or even added roster players in August), the mode would let you pick the players to add for the rosters. lots of times i will have a good bench player and he disappears when the playoffs start.. Thanks

I'd love to see them allow custom rosters to MtO.
