Hi all.

Hoping this makes its way to San Diego Studios. I'm a long time franchise player. In my opinion, one of The Show's longtime hidden gems, is the "team color 3" option when creating and editing players. For those who are un-familiar, when you enter the "edit" mode for individual players equipment, the three team colors are displayed at the top of the page.

For almost all teams (except the Diamondbacks and maybe the White Sox) The first two colors are related to the teams main and alternate team color. The third color is almost always white. But, what some may not know, the color actually alternates with the teams home and away jersey. So, if the players shoes are "team color 3", when they are in their home jersey their shoes would be all white. And when they're away their shoes would be gray.

Pretty cool, right? I think we can all agree that theses are MLB players that we are gaming with. They can absolutely afford (and do wear) different shoes and equipment for home and road games. Once I noticed this feature, I couldn't ignore it. I go thru and edit the roster so no one is wearing all white kicks on the road(except the A's). It takes a while, but cosmetically it makes a huge difference. And at the end of the day, its more realistic!

It grinds my gears that The Show can't employ someone to go thru the initial roster release and make sure all these players that wear "white" cleats and arm sleeves are actually "team color 3". I'll do It! The code is already written, the hard part is already done in my opinion. Lets utilize this feature to its fullest extent please!

Now, there is a small secondary gripe I have for this "team Color 3" feature. Like I mentioned, the actual color on the players equipment changes when the players uniform changes (you can select custom uni's before every game). A home top = Team Color 3 White. An away top = Team Color 3 Gray. But, there are MLB teams that wear their dark color tops on the road and at home (Braves, White Sox, Astros, Red Sox are just a few). Instead of the "team color 3" coordinating with the tops (which are all pre-selected home/away before the game is released), the "team color 3" should coincide (white/gray) with the pants selected. This would allow customization to be a lot easier and much more realistic.

Let me know what you guys think. I do hope The Show 22 can grasp this minor change that would go a long way cosmetic and realistically.
