Base Runners Moving Wrong Direction Still

With runners on base and trying to steal of perform a hit and run, the base runner turns and runs back to the previous base instead of advancing. This same thing has been going on the past 3 years at least and still not addressed.

Baserunning and the lack of urgency sometimes for a defender to make a relay throw are two of the most frustrating parts of the game.

I experience this as well....when I play mlb the show '19.
