The PCI anchor is an incredible feature. However, the wear and tear on controllers because of the added usage of the L3 button is going to be a problem for people with how terribly some (xbox especially) controller's dead zones deteriorate. Most people aren't going to know about this issue until it's too late so if you're reading this, assign L3 to a different button.

SD, you could circumvent all of this entirely by switching anchoring to any of the swing buttons instead.

Also, if there was an option to anchor my pci on the outer limit of where we can place it, I feel like I would have even more control because we could cover the entire surface area with half or even just a quadrant of my Left stick.

Example: I already love anchoring low and resting my pci high. Hypothetically, if I could anchor the very bottom left corner of whats possible to swing at, pushing up would cover the the outer left side, pushing right would cover the bottom, and a top right angle would cover everything in between. I would find it very fun following the pitch with my pci out of the pitchers hand using the stick's tension for control without any dead zone issues haunting the center of the stick.

I understand anchoring was implemented for players to key in on a specific area of the plate but I see massive potential in a more precise method of pci control and pitch tracking.
