When in co-op if one player is significantly worse than the other players on the team, the weaker player will get really exposed. Give the weaker player the option to have the other team players hit for them 3 times in a game and also give them the option to have someone pitch 2 innings for them as well. Each player should be given this option in a game.

How does that help the “weaker player”get better?

The weaker player can watch and learn from the stronger players, where we put our PCI's, etc. if they pay attention, what they learn from us can help them. (I'm a WS player.)

However, yes, mainly want to make sure stronger players don't get penalized.
