Some required co-op fixes.

In co-op, the pitcher when pitching (even if not the captain), should be able to warm-up and also change pitchers. Having to ask the captain to do this will not scale/work long-term. The person pitching needs to be able to make these pitching adjustments while pitching, not just the captain.

In co-op, as players rotate every other player, when a runner is on second, the player's speed and stealing ability is unknown/not-known. Not an issue in normal mode as you know the runner on second, yet in co-op when the active hitter is constantly changing, the second base player's speed and steal rating need to show up above the player, just like 1st and 3rd base.

When someone is paused, they can't send a message to their teammate, which is actually the best time to talk to them. Make the communication code still work even if a player is paused (for text and emojis ....can't communicate those while a player is paused).
