These are the bugs I have noticed so far on PS4, feel free to add additional ones:
-While my teammate is hitting, the ball appears to be in a shadow until it crosses the plate
-For strike 3 in the dirt when my teammate is pitching, the ball looks like it goes to the backstop even if his catcher blocked it
-At Sportsman's Park, first base is completely black most of the time
-When fielding, there is a delay before you are able to take control of the fielders -
