Why is everyone demanding we send clips to SDS?

Can’t they fire the game up themselves and play a single ranked season game and see for themselves? I mean they produced the game, they should know the ins and outs more than people just playing the game, right?
I feel as if this is just a BS play by SDS to keep everything the same and say no one sent in info so they can’t fix anything..
It’s a literal struggle to play this game right now. I couldn’t put down the sticks or sleep the first week now all I do is turn on the PS4, play a game and log off right after. Fix the fielding. Fix the hitting. Do something even if it’s a minor fix for now and work on a bigger one later.
God bless y’all that can play. I’m on two week quarantine by my doctor for suspected covid 19 and stuck playing madden till the new patch.

If you send them a clip they can see what happened and how it happened. Not all glitches and bugs happen to everyone

Because this is SDS I'm convinced they have some part time dude from a temp agency as their internal tester.
Even though the vast majority state things that are easily reproducible they still want a "clip" it's been this way for years and is just lazy by them
