Perfect throws to any base in 22, what does that mean?

Unless it’s different for 22 it just means the “defence” of the player you are throwing to is irrelevant.
Instead of pressing a button, you hold it for a second and if you line it up in the green, you will never get a throwing error, or catching error.

That would've been perfect for the dink-doink with 58 speed that made it home from 2nd, although I was slightly off with the outfield throw last night.
I'm still shaking my head! -
From outfield you can make perfect throw to any base now as opposed to just throws home
