There are way more right handed batting catchers than left. -

I think there’s only been 1 left handed catcher in history of baseball of somewhat recent baseball. Left handed throwing catchers is a big no.

I was a catcher for one season in little league because no one else wanted to do it and I’m a lefty. It takes too much time to throw to third and I didn’t have a standard catcher’s mitt as they are hard to find. I had to use a standard fielding glove/

Joe Mauer's MVP would be endgame type of catcher card in the game. If anything he would be the best Legend catcher in the game.
