OVR Exchange Values

I am at college right now and im looking to buy exchange players for TA5 and I know generally the best overall-to-value players to get in general, but I tried looking if there was a chart for every single OVRs exchange value and I couldn't find any. I would do it myself and upload it somewhere but I can't obviously cuz im at school.
Can someone either send me a link or just comment the values down below please?

Just buy and exchange 79 ranked silvers. You can get them all for 100 stubs more than likely, or 83-84 golds. 1k stubs each.
Or, what I did was buy 100,000 point famous for for QS value and just take care the 75k and 150k exchanges, then use golds and silvers to finish the 25k and 50k exchanges. It can take as little as 5 total cards (all diamonds) if you do it that way. You'll get back all the stubs plus a ton more with all the packs you get through the TA reward paths.
