Please clarify something

Ok, so if you started late you can't get the PS Roberto Alomar card because he was placed in the ineligible list by MLB due to sexual misconduct allegations and SDS won't release it again.
So, what's the difference between him and Trevor Bauer who also has been accused of sexual misconduct and is also being investigated.
Why is his LS card still available?

I think the fact that bauer is still a current player with a valuable contract is the only answer I can think of...

Because the Alomar card was unsellable for one so you either got it or you didn't. The Bauer card has been bought and sold and there are tons in circulation.
I'm not sure why they didn't remove Bauer from packs after the fact, but Alomar wasn't in a pack. He was the 1st daily month reward. You either got him or you didnt. He is the one card I'm missing. When they did the rewind with all the previous rewards, he was left out.
Your point is valid, why didn't they discontinue the Bauer card like they did the Alomar card?
I'm guessing if Alomar had been a sellable card in a pack, they would have left it alone like they did Bauer.

Bauer was only on administrative leave this year and hasn’t actually been charged with anything yet, so there’s no reason to remove his card. Even if he got suspended during the 2021 season, he’d likely just get moved to the Free Agents section and nothing more. Even Felipe Vazquez (who I’d consider a much worse person and had undeniable evidence against him) only had his LS moved to the free agents section instead of being removed entirely in 2019. Obviously his flashback card in the Pirates TA was replaced, but the point is that SDS doesn’t just remove LS cards from the game entirely.

Alomar has been banned from MLB for life.
Bauer hasn’t.I hope this helps!
