Starting to think the Devs nerfed my account

No matter what I try in this game I cannot get a hit. Square balls up with good timing and they’re weak pop outs. Wait on pitches and they’re called strikes just barely on the black. Don’t even get me started on check swings, my opponents’ checks are safe, every single one of mine is a swing no matter what. Like is this punishment for reporting cheaters? Devs are sick of me reporting the guys that are boosting and doing freeze offs? I play the game right, I put way more time into it than I should. I’ve bought every game for 5 years in a row now, and it’s come to the game being so broken that I can’t get a hit and every one of my opponents will bloop hits left and right and then smack a homer on a swing with the ball out of the inner pci on early/late swings on pitches outside of the zone. Guess it’s time to give up on MLB the show.

Guess they received the tray of Christmas cookies I sent. Best $25 I ever spent.

Hopefully you are 100 percent sure they are freezing the game if you are reporting. Last couple months a doubt there are too many if any freezers. The game has known glitches that freeze it no matter if trying or not. And boosting ? Not sure what you mean by that. There is nothing to boost. Yes you will have an occasional lopsided game when someone gives up and don't want to quit to just try and waste your time, but if it isn't happening all the time it ain't boosting. Plus I don't think they are even gonna investigate that anyways.

Definitely 100% they’re freezing the game when I get into these freeze offs, they last hours and hours. And boosting is when players some how manage to play another account that they control repeatedly and have most players P5 and 600 averages with everyone including their pitchers. You go look at their game history and it’s 50-0 games against the same player 15 times in a row.
Now I don’t actually think the dev’s nerfed my profile for reporting players, but something is wrong with the game. I know I’m not the best player out there, but in the games I’m playing pci placement and swing timing have essentially no effect on what happens in the game anymore and it’s incredibly frustrating. It seems like most games are scripted to go the opponents’ way now as they get ball calls that I get strike calls on and then get weak bloop hits or weak infield singles that are hit directly at Tatis at short and he can’t throw them out at first when it’s Babe Ruth running to first. Whenever that stuff happens I basically know the game is over because I can throw the ball 20 feet below the zone with perfect pinpoint input and it basically ends up a meatball down the middle and they hit it out 9/10 times. Just voicing my frustrations with the game on the forum. Don’t know what’s wrong but I used to hit around .300 with most guys, now most of my guys are struggling to stay around .200 even though my pci placement and timing should tell a different story.

Not serious about the devs nerfing my account, seriously frustrated with gameplay now though. Only good thing about the game at this point is the forums.

I hope you don’t seriously think every freeze off is the other person freezing the game on purpose. I get it some people wear tin foil hats but I just don’t see what the motive would be for guys to cause a freeze off and wait hours maybe even days until they can play again
