How do you get 120 throw back uniforms?

Im at 116 of 120 on the AL throwback Uniforms and see no more to add. Is this a glitch or are they still adding them? NL is . short of 120 as well. I'm on PS5. Thanks

I believe there are more to add. We will get one tomorrow for the Astros with the Bagwell program and probably a few in the next event and inning as well.
