How do I turn off the sound while navigating the menus?

I'm tired of this noise flipping thru the menu. There has to be a way to turn it off.

There has to be a way to shut it off.

I lowered all audio in custom settings and now the sound is gone.

Can we get the opportunity to turn these off next year? Appreciate it. Better yet scrap it. We don't need noise flipping thru the menus. For real...
