Second franchise team

Question I was curious about: can you play and save 2 separate franchise teams or just one at a time?

I've never played more than one team in a franchise before but I believe you can select as many teams as you want when you are at the team selection screen when you are setting up your franchise.

Thanks I am going to try that. Not wanting to create a second whole profile just for a second team

You can also start a second save file with a whole other franchise. I think it’s press square on the franchise option in the game’s main menu.
