Need help finishing TA5 collection

I don't know what happened but I guess I'm missed Josiah Gray future stars card from the previous TA after 100% completion. Now it won't let me purchase him so I can finish collection in the NL WEST TA5. What can I do?

You have to put a ticket in, but it will take a long time to fix the situation, but they will from what I hear on the forum. You accidentally picked a card twice, right? It happened to a lot of people this year.

To be honest, I haven’t done it since last year’s game. I am sure you can find it through the website. I would find out for you, but it is extremely late where I live and just can’t fall asleep. If you still have trouble finding out by tomorrow, just reply to this so I get a notification when I come back on.
