Is where I struggle most. Any suggestions I just can’t get around on it. I hit most other pitches well

Try timing the pitcher from the moment he starts his windup and focus on his release point before he let's go of the ball.
Also don't be afraid to cheat on the fastball and hold your PCI up and in, swing early and try to ambush the fastball. Obviously if your opponent is good and knows how to move the ball around effectively, this won't work often and you'll have to adjust. It's definitely challenging, I have trouble with inside pitches sometimes too.

Especially online, I guess up and in fastball often since a lot of players try to just blow it by you. Thanks outlier

You have to be expecting that pitch. You aren't gonna hit a good fastball if you are trying to pick it up on the way. Just like real life in that sense.

Yep, anticipate fastball and adjust to the breaking ball...or cheat the heat as Lenny Dykstra use to say between spitting gobs of chewing tobacco.

Cheat the heat... you are missing some explicit words before and after. Guy can’t say more then a few words with out swearing.
