Ozzie Albies does not have enough speed

With all of these steals in the world series and all of those other games he does not have enough speed for what he is in real life

Looking at his Sprint speed in baseball savant, seems to be about right. Using steals to determine speed is silly, you can be a smart base runner with above average speed and steal just as many as a billy Hamilton type speedster

Same can be said of players that are NOT really that fast, but does steal a lot because they just know how to time a pitchers delivery & choose to steal when a pitcher is most likely to throw something off-speed.
Having great speed just makes lowers the odds of being thrown out. Smart players can easliy steal without having very good speed. Some players that does have great speed like Albies just does NOT like to steal or doing a running game. Many people dont realize how hard it is to steal. A lot goes into it with reading & timing a pitchers delivery, when within the count, who is batting, if the pitcher is a lefty, how strong & accurate is the catcher with his throwing abilty to 2B or 3B. In a video game its very easy to steal with cards that has a 95+ speed. Many in here live & die by their running game. So much that you can say they are "CHEESING". LOL
