I got my Chipper about a month and a half ago. At that time there were a couple of cards I needed. All Angels. What is it with that team? Just because they’re a block from Disneyland?

Is there a good way to get him? Or do I just have to open a BOAT LOAD of packs until I pull him? And are there any other players I haven't gotten to yet that are like this?I just sold 2 hopefully helped someone

I have been reading and occasionally posting on this forum since 19. I remember last year Wilson Ramos caused some problems briefly for people trying to get Mickey. Sorry to those of you on the wait list but this has been hilarious. I remember when the Diaz drinking game started and didn't pay it much attention but it's gone on to long for me not to participate. Gotta run grab some tooth fairy cash for the kid and while I'm out I'm getting a 12 pack that way I can have a cold one and watch this unfold. I dont remember who it was that started the longest running drinking game of all time but it may be time the SDS guys get you and the rest of us participating in your game a bat skin, maybe a "I DRANKFOR DIAZ MLBTS 21". Last thing, again not to make people waiting feel bad or get upset but SDS should not juice the packs and flood the market with his card many of us spent a fortune in stubs getting the live series done some spent an actual fortune. I know many people mindlessly had to flip cards, I read about and knew of people who repeatedly did the US map in order to sell prospect cards. Me personally I dont mind supporting the cause and decided this year to just spend a little cash and buy Trout day 1. I did sell him because I missed the chase and it just didn't feel right. I eventually pulled him in June and welcomed him back to the team. I'm just saying a lot if us in many different ways worked and waited till eventually getting the LS collection done and it has been well worth it. So I believe Diaz was sent here as a blessing to everyone in line to get Chipper who wont have to see Bellinger 106k in stubs turn bronze or any other high priced player just sit unused really appreciate finishing the collection and give that added sense of satisfaction.

Agreed. I remember fighting to get Mookie and Belli for Chipper and they were each just over 100k.

The answer to all of this, obviously, it’s not to wait until the end to try and fill out your sets.. Fortunately I didn’t. I finished them up about a month and a half ago. I had to wait for a few Angels cards (what is it about them?) but I finally got them. The line wasn’t that long. It took about a week. Even after I accidentally killed the order one time.
