Thought about a new fun game mode

So, as I was watching my postseason Rafael Devers ground out to his postseason Rafael Devers yesterday, I thought of a fun new game mode. Kind of a mix of BR and ranked.
So, you have a draft between two teams using whatever cards are in your inventory. But as soon as one person drafts a guy, the other team couldn’t pick him. And so on until you have a roster set (maybe just 1 SP). While I realize this would be kind of time consuming and tedious, it would be kind of fun I think and bring some strategy. And you would t be facing the same guys that you’re playing (and it still gives incentive to build your inventory).

It wouldn't really work because both players would need to own the same cards for both to beat the other with choosing that card 1st. I'm on PS4 & not PS5/Next Gen. They do have On-Line Custom League Play. Not sure if that is set up with a Draft so that each team all have different players rather then repeated players.

you like, you pick a guy, then he picks, so on and so forth?

You would not have to have the same players to pick from, your are picking from your own team, If you have the same player in your inventory only one of you can have that player. But if Team 1 has a player that team 2 does not have then team 1 can still use that player.

I could really see this working ONLY if they gave the option for "VS. Friend" being a ranked game affecting Ranked Season Ranking Score. This way both can easily text each other or even call each other prior to the game & each have a 25 man team that is different & just can go in & play each other.
