Completed all moments and did not receive any 1st inning progress at all. Anyone else have this problem?

You don't get first inning progress, you get progress in the Kerry Wood Program which gives you Kerry Wood which you can collect for 1st inning stars.

If you have the Kerry Wood card, you have to go to the first inning program then go to collections to redeem it for I believe 20 stars toward the 1st inning program.

Just have the Play cpu on allstar.....which last year I crushed them till the 8th and only won by 4.....like 11-7, 12-8.....dont see that happening this year but man woods has worse control than his card says

I played the computer in a 9 inning game in Play Now mode but didn’t get the mission points to get Kerry wood. Which mode did you play the cubs in to finish the missions for the program?

You need to play the CPU on All Star in Diamond Dynasty with your own squad.
Edit:
You can find this option in the "Play" tab and then in the bottom right corner, it says play vs. CPU. Make sure you sey the difficulty to All-Star and win the 9 inning game. -
