Problems setting lineup, player already in use

Is anyone else getting “player already in use” message when trying to add someone to your lineup? This happened to me twice now, first with 99 playoff Chris Taylor and now with postseason Aaron Hicks. Trying to set an all-postseason lineup and when I click on the Aaron Hicks 91 postseason card it says player is already in use, and there is no other Hicks card in my lineup or on my bench

Hicks is Taylor. Taylor is Hicks.

Finkle is Einhorn. Einhorn is Finkle.

I had the same problem. I had Hicks on my team and it was the Playoff Kike Hernandez, in Hicks' uniform and with Kike's swing, but left handed. The announcer even called him Kike Hernandez. Like you, it would not let me add the Playoff Hernandez to my team as they said he was already being used.
