You know they made a good baseball game when people dont even want to use Aaron, Mays, Banks, etc. because they "aren't good".
I laugh when people say why are cards like Schwarber and ONeill as good? It’s a yearly game based certain events at times so who cares if many good cards?
You missed the point completely.
They somehow made players that are top 10-15 all time (Aaron, Mays) not good enough to play with.

I would argue to the contraire. Those cards should be no brainers. Who plays today that can even hold a candle to them. Mays and Aaron are the elites of the elite.

It was a sarcastic comment. You and I are in agreement.

It’s to diversify lineups and allow the young and the slightly older to play with players of their choice I still use schwarber cause card is insane for me

They been down this road already, when dd first started. They're called caps, except with these cards you don't have to construct their facial appearances or create their stance.
Just hitting my head against the wall, because if the player base is anything in comparison to this forum, it seems to be what most want.

Missed that, but unfortunately I believe you and I are in the minority.

If they made Aaron and Mays cards reflective of how good they were, you could still use Schwarber. I dont see how making all time greats "not good enough to use" helps diversity.

Just sayin...can't really judge a card out of showdown or moments.
With that said .. I've never hit well with Mays -
I’ve never got well with either and usually get lit up with sale, take the profit and run..try them all when they’re cheaper
-
Went 3-3 3HRs then 2-3 2hrs and a walk in my first 2 games with Willie

Not everyone rolls out god squads I don’t plan online so my wants as I see as different than others

Very very limited playtime for me, but through 5 ranked games, Mays is batting .364 and Banks is batting .100.
I'm a bad hitter though, and I will definitely be giving Banks more time bc his collection card was so good.
-
At first I had no interest in Banks, but I've been crushing with him in BR and the Showdown.
I picked Mays with the 350K pack and he was pretty decent but not incredible. Sold him for 800K. Will pick him back up when he's sub 250K.
