Go to the universal profile page and input the gamer tag of the person you want to look up

Dude probably gets away with it if he didn’t report someone else for an offensive name because that prompts the mods to look into both accounts before taking action to make sure that there isn’t some sort of retaliation going on and one player abusing the reporting system. Funny how it backfired on him.
