I understand your frustration. But what if the person you're playing is also sitting at 8-1 and needs the win to get their Rewind pack?
I can't tell if you need the points given out for 9 wins to get to 80, or if youre at 78pts right now and the win will give you 80.
If it's the later, I wouldn't fuss over getting that 9th win. I'd just quit out and play another game to get to 80.
You said you're in for 'the long run'. What happens if you both decide to wait it out and the new season starts before either if you quit?
You won't get the points for 9 wins and if you're at 78, you still won't get Paxton.

I just went to Walmart and bought a portable AC and directed it at my playstation. Just to keep it nice and cool. Once you quit il return the AC. And go for my 2nd win. I might even get to 3 wins for the first time ever. I want that silver card.

I usually just smoked the first half, then clipped it and put it back in the pack. It made me smell like ashtrays.

BR is so bad. Three inning slow pitch softball with a tennis racquet pci along with freeze offs at the end of your streak.
At least in RS it doesn’t matter all that much if you take a freeze off L and move on while you were winning.

If your in a freeze off and the servers are down, the person who disconnects first will get the L.
