Huh you need PS Plus to play DD and online modes? wtf. Anyways, no that's not it casual noob, I never play anything online...human players are just terrible at most things...with Codemaster F1 games its basically bumper cars, and basically everyone on youtube that are suppose to be really good at The Show use pitch speeds that are ridiculously slow...cause you guys are stuck at default pitch speeds when you play online. I'd rather play offline on Legend with pitch speeds at 10 with a mature slider set. Plus I have no use for PS Plus or whatever online subscription, I own a Playstation for The Show only cause there isn't a choice for baseball on PC. My PC is worth more than some cars, I'd rather play games on an Ultrawide monitor at 144 hz that I'm able to mod and add reshade than be stuck at an archaic format of 16:9 and the horrible frame rates you console people live with.

You don’t play online because your mom knows how much of a [censored] you are and doesn’t want you interacting with other people in online games. I’m surprised they allow you on your computer unsupervised. If you are as great as you say as you are, you should easily dominate DD and beat the best players with no problem but everyone knows you’re full of it. As for your PC, it’s just something your parents got for you so you would leave them alone and keep you from being around other people and getting your [censored] kicked due to running your mouth all the time. I’m also sure you do more than just cosmetic mods because you can’t play games the way they are designed and need any unfair advantage possible even when playing offline but then again you don’t play against other people as you would realize you’re not as great as you think you are.

Haha if you're not a console fanboy I don't know what is :). Dude I'm 43, give it a rest with the I'm a 14 year old shtick..its weak. Since you didn't pay attention to why I'd prolly despise playing The Show online I'll tell you again..its not realistic, a 97 mph fastball at default pitch speeds is going to feel like an 80 mph change up to me....online you're playing basically softball pitch speeds. I'd prolly suck at it, I would prolly need 10 games to adjust to hitting at that slow speed, I've been playing Legend at max pitch speeds since The Show 16. Legend at 10 pitch speed is as realistic as this game will allow...you have about a .5 to .6 seconds for pitch recognition and reaction time..RL is about .4. I know you're a console noob cause you got confused about the modding thing...I didn't say that I make the mods, I add mods onto the games which I feel need it. 95% of time the time mods improve a game you casual...what would Fallout 3 or Skyrim be without mods? Can you imagine if The Show was on PC and you could mod it?...having proper ads in the stadium..fine tuned sliders, RL pitch speeds, more equipment..and locking your fame rates at like 120 fps.

I'm starting to think its an easy coast thing or just bad servers in general. Every online game doesnt matter if its BR ranked events. They all skip and lag and it ruins the game completely. Cant ever get smooth gameplay ever. I maybe 1-20 is a smooth game. I have a monitor 60 Hz (as high as Xbox one goes) wired connection with 500-700 mbps. Crossplay is terrible next gen match ups are terrible. I just don't know what to do anymore this game is fun when it flows right. But when I swing at a pitch and its right on my pci and for the game to studder and miss is so infuriating esp over 700 in ranked. Or in BR when I can actually scrap together wins it all goes down the toilet with cramp connection and they get all the hits and my hits are lagges through the air to go no where or for studdering to cause errors or bad animations. Im just looking for ideas on how to make this better
Here is my theory and I have spent several years testing and changing different things. None has worked because I am not changing from fiber.
Allegedly, the servers for this game are in Florida, New Jersey, Chicago, Texas, Colorado and West coast. Almost every time I play someone with these names or around those areas are really bad experiences. I am in KC with wired fiber internet and KC is 8-9 hour drive to the closest of these alleged servers.
Now the game is peer to peer but the game still needs to connect to a server. Say I play a guy from Florida (happens all the time along with these other cities). Say I can ping to Florida server in 75 ms. However, the Florida player pings to the Texas server in 150 ms. The game will choose Florida server because it is a better ping match. Not really because now I am pinging the Florida server in 75 but since he is in FLorida he is pinging the server at 50. His information is going to get to the server quicker. This is where you see the warping (appears faster) pitch speeds, slow baserunning, bad fielding animations, non-pci hr's, your good/good pool noodle bats and a host of other things. I can promise you that while pitching_rebel is a good player he is more than likely ALWAYS connecting to the Florida server. I do believe if he played at my house he would be a WS player but he wouldn't sniff going 75-2 in a season. This is why the top players are always the top players. The servers never move and they do not have enough of them. Almost every top player in this game is in or close to one of the server cities.
I guarantee that if I moved to Chicago, I would have a much better playing experience with worse internet. People think these are excuses but I still make the WS all the time. In 17, my first real year playing DD, I made the WS easily with an all gold lineup. It gets worse the more people leave too because the game connects you with opponents further away more frequently.
