ABUSE: Rage Quits Rip Us Off!!!
-
Just don't let them play for a day or hour that's how halo did it
-
You know what’s great about playing offline only. My opponent never rage quits.
-
If it was last year, I agree with you. But its easier and quicker to parallel players vs the cpu so take your win and get a move on

I got into a freeze off with the CPU once. It refused to quit out. That was back when the servers were an absolute dumpster fire though.

I don’t think it’s a big deal personally. The point of playing online is to win games, whether it’s in BR, RS, or events.
So just take your win and move on, rather than crying about losing pxp that you could easily get by hitting a HR or two against the Orioles on rookie.

Rage Quits have always been annoying --- and immature --- but with this year's edition of The Show, punks that Rage Quit cost us Parallel XP. This means we can't level-up players as fast, and, worse, there's no penalty for Rage Quitting and, thus, there's no risk for scr*wing your opponent wit a Rage Quit.
About one dozen times this year, I've hit a bomb in a close game with runners on base --- sometimes as early as the 2nd inning in a tied game --- and punks Rage Quit by the time the ball is crossing the outfield wall. The game ends: no HR, no Runs & no RBI are recorded. That means I earn no Parallel XP for that batter --- or for anything else that I've done in the game!
Hey, San Diego Studios, listen up! You need to penalize Rage Quitters. Here's an idea: delete one random Diamond or Signature card every time someone gives up a Home Run and "loses connection" within 5 minutes. If they don't have those, dock them 100,000 stubs --- and if they don't have 100,000 stubs, let them go negative on their stub count.
That would end this nonsense! It must stop!
I'm pretty sure your comment about not earning anything else is wrong. Yes, you don't get credit for that homerun. But any other progress prior to the dashboard should be counted.
And, as others have said, if you don't want to deal with toxic players; don't play online.
-
They fixed the prestige system this year, because last year it was online only and the dashboard of got to be out of control, especially in events... Plus it was specific stat based, so dashboarding a home run was worse. Now, you can do it both ways on and offline, so if someone dashboards a home run it’s not the end of the world as it once was.

Easy win. Stop crying

I mean they lose their BR run…rank points etc.
Cumulative rewards have probably made this worse.

The term "rage quit" incorrectly implies that I care enough about the results of a video game to get angry over a loss. it's simply meant as a respectful acknowledgement that my opponent is the better player. My gaming time is limited. Why should I waste it playing every out of a game that I know I'm going to lose?
