18-0 without playing a single inning, what a monster. Such a coincidence they face the same 5 opponents over and over.
If you're gonna cheat, at least lose one intentionally here or there
What does it matter? He probably already has all the rewards. It's not like he's getting free parallel stats.
Parallel stats don't matter first of all. Getting to rewards faster by cheating devalues the rest of the people looking to sell for max profit.
Ok. So it's the second part of the event. If you played the first part, chances are that you already made it to Gardner, or whomever is last.
If you haven't made it there, by now, then that's on you.
If he didn't make it there yet, and those 18 wins are his first in both events, he really didn't get to those players to make more stubs than someone who made it last part.
And if he did make it already, the.hes just wasting his time playing for nothing.
I understand the whole cheating aspect of what you're relaying; but to be in a second part of a three part event and worry that you won't get enough profit is, again, on you.
You missed it. the event isnt the purpose.
It’s the solution

@no-online-play-_PSN think of it this way. If there was nothing to gain like you say, why would they risk getting banned for violating TOS? Or why would they do it at all?

Question, how can you play the same people over and over if matching is random?
-
There are some people I have played 6-7x in events this year ( when you see the same name come up enough time it becomes pretty weird).....I am guessing the servers try to match somewhat locally first before pushing to further connections, so that must be the reason.....

Gotcha. I can see that happening, but I find it unlikely that one person has only played the same player in each game in the event. I'm not saying it can't happen, but it's unlikely.

Probably one of the worst takes on anything I’ve ever seen on here. Cheating is cheating, and shouldn’t be allowed.

I really hope this is the dumbest thing I read for a while. That would be refreshing!

People complained so much about the walk method (which was available to everyone) that SDS altered the XP from doing it because it let people get to cards more quickly than other people. This example is totally cheating because the guy got to 18 wins without playing an inning. Sometimes people just want to complain. Other times, they are complaining because the point is valid.

I'm not saying it isn't valid. What I'm trying to relay is if he already got the rewards last Event, and hit the Max amount of wins, then his 18 'free' wins don't matter in obtaining the rewards.
Now, if he did it during the first part of the event; then that's a problem.
There's always going to be some form of cheating when it comes to being rewarded for playing online. And I'm not condoning it. That's just the way it's been.
Does SDS need to ban the people? Yes.
Will they, this late in the game's cycle? Who knows.

lol, I didn’t understand what you are saying. I’m betting against that as well

It doesn’t matter if it was the first part, second part, or 30th part. It also doesn’t matter if it did or didn’t affect anybody. He cheated, and pretty blatantly at that. If SDS doesn’t ban him, it gives the message that cheating is allowed.

By having alternate accounts and backing out constantly until you know you got matched up with one of them
-
Cheaters never win.
