I’m about to start a fantasy draft in Franchise mode. Are the minor league rosters there? If so is Spencer Torkleson in the game?

If you go to the Roster Vault there are a lot of good choices for Franchise Rosters. I'm doing a Pirates Franchise and I downloaded one of RidinRosters and Spencer Torkelson and all the real Minor League players, including the draft picks from this year are in my Franchise.
